I requested cancellation of a ticket, and they told me that it was fine but that they did not return anything, but if they could sell my ticket to another person, it seems to me that they are outside the law, I plan to find someone to hold them responsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst bus company. Bought a bus ticket to Mexico City over a month ago. Then they told me that all the buses were full on my layover in Nuevo Laredo. Incredible how you can buy a bus ticket that doesn’t reserve a seat on the second and third leg of the trip. I was not the only one.
If traveling to Mexico, do not, I repeat, DO NOT travel with Tornado. Buy your ticket online with ETN or any other Mexican bus companies!
I was literally stranded in the middle of nowhere! INCREDIBLE!
