★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que la persona que trabaja en tornillos mil de la col. campestre Guadalupe no sea buena ni para dar una atención al cliente, nuestra empresa lleva años consumiendo su material y llamo para solicitar dos precios para saber cuanto debo de llevar en efectivo y la paisana que contesta me dice que tiene mucha gente que ella no da cotización por teléfono y no se que tanto como es posible !!

El personal encargado de atender las llamadas, la Srita Patricia Ramirez para empezar no saben lo que venden le pregunte su nombre y se nego a darmelo para todo decía que quería y yo le explicaba que unos tornillos y contestaba horrible, no se presta para investigar y solucionar algo que desconoce y al momento que se les solicita información respecto a sus datos bancarios para pagarles por transferencia bancaria como muchísimos establecimientos ya sean grandes o pequeños lo hacen, simplemente te niegan la información y solo yo quería rectificar la información ya que anteriormente asi había pagado en este lugar.
Que lastima que tengan este tipo de personal y no sean capaces de capacitarlas lo suficiente y sean hasta groseras.
HORRIBLE PARA NADA LO RECOMIENDO

I asked her name and she refused to give it to me for everything she said she wanted and I explained that some screws and she answered horrible, she does not lend herself to investigate and to solve something that is unknown and at the moment that they are asked for information regarding their bank details to pay them by bank transfer as many establishments, whether large or small, do so, they simply deny you the information and only I wanted to rectify the information since previously there was paid in this place.
Too bad they have this kind of staff and are not able to train them enough and are even rude.
