Ayer fui a tornillos Vertiz por que hace un mes compré una remachadora con ellos, al cabo de ese tiempo y de tanto uso, una de las boquillas se acabó, entonces fui a la tornillería por el repuesto, llego y me atiende un empleado ( el muy bien ) y me dijo “ le diré al encargado” se acerca un señor pelón de unos 35 años, y le comento que vengo a ver si tienen el repuesto, inmediatamente me contesta de manera grosera que no, entonces yo le comento que pensé que como vendían el producto pensé que tenían la refacción, y me contestó “ pues pensó mal señor, y seguramente le dio mal uso por eso se le acabó tan pronto “ yo soy una persona de la tercera edad, no me iba a poner a discutir con una persona mucho más joven que yo, me corrio de su local, me dijo que yo no le iba a enseñar como manejar su negocio, en fin, la verdad es un asco de persona, muy muy mal servicio , pésima actitud de una persona que se supone está al cargo, mejor no vayan o que no los atienda este señor pelón !!! Jamás regresaré ahí.

Yesterday I went to Vertiz screws because a month ago I bought a riveter with them, after that time and after so much use, one of the nozzles ran out, so I went to the screws for the spare part, an employee arrived and attended me (the very well ) and he told me "I'll tell the manager" a bald man about 35 years old approaches, and I tell him that I'm here to see if they have the part, he immediately rudely answers that they don't, so I tell him that I thought Since they were selling the product, I thought they had the spare part, and he answered me “Well, you thought badly, sir, and you probably misused it, that's why it ran out so soon” I'm an elderly person, I wasn't going to argue with a person much younger than me, ran me out of his place, told me that I was not going to teach him how to manage his business, in short, the truth is that he is a disgusting person, very very bad service, terrible attitude of a person who he is supposed to be in charge, better not go or that this bald man does not attend to you!!! I will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es triste ver como un lugar con tanto trayecto e historia, tenga personal con tan poco profesionalismo pero sobre todo con tan poca educación...
Hace tiempo compramos en este establecimiento y ayer un familiar vio como una persona que atiende en mostrador no tiene la capacidad de estar ahí o por lo menos eso dio a notar al "atender" a un señor ya de edad de muy mala manera, pero eso si, con bastante prepotencia y extremadamente agrandado (naco).
Es triste por que da a pensar que el personal no tiene ni la capacidad ni el tacto mucho menos la educación necesaria.
Si no les gusta su trabajo, busquen otro!
Recuerden, por culpa de un tornillo, ¡se puede perder una guerra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imposible resolver una duda con el que parece ser el encargado. Un hombre calvo excedido de prepotencia, grosero, irrespetuoso.
Enojado por no conocer el nombre del producto que buscaba y es que es la primera vez que busco tornillos. Entiendo que no es sencillo explicar y tampoco busco cátedra, pero además de precios altos una PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA DE COMPRA.
Te regaña frente a los otros clientes, PÉSIMO PESIMO PÉSIMO. MEJOR NI VAYAN.

A mi punto de vista tienen gran variedad de mercancía, solo que el servicio deja mucho que desear, cuando una persona no es experta en el ramo, lo que se espera del lugar donde uno va a comprar es que nos ayuden, caso contrario, la gente es déspota y prepotente…
Por lo tanto dejaré de visitar a este tipo de establecimientos que sienten que te están haciendo el favor
