★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asunto=Deseo publicamente (no encontre otro medio-de momento) agradecer el sorprendente, jovial, magnifico y completo servicio de asesoria tecnica que recibi esta tarde en su tienda Mariano Otero.
Hace ya algunos años que soy cliente ocasional de sus tiendas. Hoy, por razones de cercania, acudi a uds para resolver un problema de fijacion de unas repisas "flotantes". Claro, ya antes habia buscado soluciones en otros lugares de tornillos o sistemas de fijacion, sin resolverlo.
Al tratar de explicarle a la dependienta del mostrador mi problema y porque algunas de sus sugerencias no me funcionaban, de pronto se escucho la voz de la encargada, sra Bety, quien, tal vez deseperada por mis insistencias, intervino sugiriendo soluciones. Despues de un rato de intervenir desde lo alto de la tienda decidio bajar para poder hablar mas comodamente.
Por fin pude explicarle los detalles de mi problema e INVOLUCRANDOSE me dio opciones, hasta que una funciono de maravilla.
