About Torninox
Fundada en 1980 con el nombre de Tornillos Automotrices de Jalisco. Una de las tornillerías mas antiguas de Guadalajara que actualmente sigue dando servicio. Mas adelante conocida como TORNIJAL, Tornillería Jalisco. Años mas tarde se introdujo la línea de Acero Inoxidable para cambiar su nombre a TORNINOX S.A. de C.V.
Nos hemos especializado en la distribución de productos de fijación tales como tornillos, tuercas, varillas roscadas, pijas entre otros. Nuestra prioridad es brindar un excelente trato a nuestros clientes y asesoría profesional a sus necesidades. Una señorita que esta en atención a cliente respondiendo llamadas. con muy mal tacto con las personas y muy grosera. me dio su nombre Barbara Covarrubias. Deberían cambiarla de área. Por que con personal así; pierden clientes de mucho tiempo... y lo peor solo por pedir que reenvíen la factura que no me llego a mi correo , todavía que pido un servicio que ellos te deben de brindar. me tratan muy mal y no te deben de negar tu comprobante fiscal en ninguna circunstancia ES UN DELITO.
Espero tomen cartas en el asunto.

A lady who is in customer service answering calls. with very bad touch with people and very rude. Barbara Covarrubias gave me her name. They should change her area. Why with personnel like this; They lose customers for a long time ... and the worst thing just for asking to resend the invoice that did not arrive to my email, I still ask for a service that they must provide you. They treat me very badly and you should not be denied your tax receipt under any circumstances. IT IS A CRIME.
I hope they take action on the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo si quiero poner una queja para que tienen disque el horario de cierre a las 6 si me pasó que llegué 10 minutos antes y unos pasos x llegar bajaron la cortina volando les toqué y no me quisieron antender. Si lo vemos teóricamente es cerrar a las 6 en punto alli si no discuto nada pero uno que es de fuera de la ciudad no puedes volver asi nomas como que al otro dia. Ademas unos son muy amables y otros son super despotas como que si les estas pidiendo un favor pues es su trabajo

no cuentan con tornillos de medidas de 2mm de ancho por 5 mm de largo. su medida mas pequeña es de 3 mm de ancho.

I'm only giving one star because they don't have as big of an assortment as they claim.
They do not have screws measuring 2mm wide by 5mm long. its smallest measure is 3 mm wide.
