Came for the Wilco concert in 2020 and had the buffet for lunch and ate dinner at Toro also. Lunch was the same as other locations with burgers, chicken, rices, wings, an other items.
Dinner we started with a salad and shrimp cocktail. Salad was nice, shrimp was ok. They served us some bread with the meal and that came out fast and fresh. We other had steaks for dinner, but they also has fish and chicken if steak was not your choice. I had the ribeye and my wife eat the filet. Our sides were mash potatoes and Mac and cheese.
Over all it was just a dinner, nothing to special nothing bad. I would recommend Toro to others when visiting HR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were only able to have breakfast here because dinner was fully booked each night. The breakfast was good, similar to the other restaurants in the resort. What makes this location stand out is the beautiful ocean view!
