★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views, bad elevator service, crowded, it gets stuck very frequently. Backup generators don't work during power outage, and the elevators don't work for a very very long time after a power outage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern building, great location, interesting 7th floor look-out section which I haven’t seen before. Good selection of small shops within, especially if you are on a business trip like I was. Also very good views from hire floors ...pics included show views from 23rd floor, and the 7th floor open area.
