Novo (embora acabamento bem ruinzinho, hahaha). Moderno.
Bom atendimento da recepção.
Razoável preço.
É um bom lugar pra quem vai ficar mais dias e quer ter mais espaço q um quarto de hotel. Tem uma cozinha com itens básicos.
Problemas: no q eu fiquei (502), de última hora pois cheguei meia-noite e sem lugar pra ficar, tava bem empoeirado. Ao pisar, sem chinelo, dava pra sentir. Tudo parecia empoeirado, chão, móveis...
Ar-condicionado bem potente. Uma pena não ter nenhuma coberta. E nem na recepção tinha...

It is a good place for those who are going to stay longer and want to have more space than a hotel room. It has a kitchen with basic items.
Problems: where I stayed (502), last minute because I arrived at midnight and without a place to stay, it was very dusty. When stepping, without flip-flops, you could feel it. Everything looked dusty, floor, furniture...
Very powerful air conditioning. Too bad it doesn't have any covers. And not even at the reception...
