Este proyecto es la respuesta arquitectónica ante el importante desafío que representa atender al segmento más exigente del mercado inmobiliario local. Las cualidades que conforman la Torre Helea la han llevado recientemente a ser uno de los proyectos nominados para el World Architecture Festival 2018 en la categoría de proyectos residenciales.
Con una geometría que destaca en el contexto, esta torre de 33 niveles elevados de forma escalonada contará con 93 residencias y más de 41 mil m2 de construcción. Cada planta, cuenta con tres departamentos rectangulares, que se disponen radialmente a manera de hélice, que a su vez gira 15 grados en sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj en cada nivel, mientras va ascendiendo hasta alcanzar los 142.5 metros de altura.
Torre Helea is a residential building designed by Bulnes Arquitectos that is built in the City of Puebla, the second fastest growing city in Mexico. This project is the architectural response to the important challenge of serving the most demanding segment of the local real estate market. The qualities that make up the Torre Helea have recently led it to be one of the projects nominated for the World Architecture Festival 2018 in the category of residential projects.
With a geometry that stands out in the context, this tower of 33 stepped high levels will have 93 residences and more than 41 thousand m2 of construction. Each floor, has three rectangular departments, which are arranged radially as a helix, which in turn turns 15 degrees counterclockwise in each level, while ascending to reach 142.5 meters in height.
