Mi novia se cayo de la moto y venimos a esta clínica para salir con 2 cajas de paracetamol. Es una institución privada de aseguradora pero lo único que está asegurado es la mala atención y poco profesionalismo, pareciera que uno viene a mendigar el servicio y rezen para que no les toque el doctor Solomon si no solo sonrían cuando les dé su caja de paracetamol y su pomadita de doclofenaco que quita todo mal... Lastima no puedo poner 0 estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le daba cero estrellas, mi seguro me canalizó por un accidente de tránsito y cuando llegué me dijeron que solo había un médico en toda la clínica pero que llegaba en hora y media. En serio???????
Una clínica sin médicos disponibles, que rayos, jamás escuché algo similar, obvio no me esperé, que seguía, no tenemos rayos X, el doctor llamó y dijo que siempre no va a llegar???
En fin, para que sigo, cero recomendable, ni en el IMSS dan tan pésima atención y nunca pensé decir algo como eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un accidente hace casi 10 meses, afortunadamente el seguro de la persona ha cubierto todos los gastos e incluso una cirugía, el trato para conmigo ha sido respetuoso y cordial hasta la fecha, piden que seas puntual a la cita y aunque he llegado algunos minutos tarde me han llamado la atención, pero no me han negado el servicio o si ya es muy tarde o fallan los aparatos (nadie es infalible) me reprograman la cita para otro día sin ningún problema...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tuve q ir por medio de AXXA, y me atendieron muy bien, rápido y sobre todo con mucha educación, desde la recepcionista. Vi q tenían muchos comentarios negativos por aquí y dude en ir. Pero yo tuve una excelente experiencia.

Tienen un doctor moreno de complexión robusta poco profesional y muy agresivo con las mujeres , no creo que con los hombres se ponga así de agresivo y aparte ni si quiera revisa y aún así me extendió una receta. La recepcionista Virginia atiende de muy mala gana, cerró la clínica con llave y tenías que tocar para que ella te diera acceso. Las veces anteriores que acudí a la clínica siempre estaba abierta; pero en esta ocasión parecía que no querían recibir a nadie y eso que apenas comenzaba el turno del doctor. Pedí hablar con un supervisor y la recepcionista Virginia dijo ser ella, lo cual dudo mucho.
No recomiendo este lugar, me han atendido tres doctores y únicamente te mandan pastillas para el dolor; ellos teniendo conocimiento con los estudios que me practicaron que no iba a quedar con analgésicos. No tienen ética profesional. Cómo tienen convenios con aseguradoras no te dan el tratamiento que requiere uno.
