Les informo que la ortodoncista de la tarde única mujer por la tarde en esta especialidad consulto a mi esposa y parece que estaba en una videollamada pues está muy temerosa por COVID y no da una consulta acorde al pago de $800
Además debería de avisar desde que solicitamos una consulta que solo la paciente pasará sin acompañante ,lo cual es muy extraño ya que en otras especialidades en ese piso y a esa hora si permitían pasar al acompañante del enfermo
Cabe mencionar que mi esposa tiene un problema en oídos por lo que yo la acompaño
Pienso por su apariencia que tenga disposición a ayudar parece que habla un militar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tenia cita agendada a las 12 con el Dr. MARINO otorrino ,a las 12:15 mw comentó la recepcionista que el doctor venia un poco retrasado, esperé hasta las 12:40 le comenté a la señorita que ai tardaria el.doctor,me dijo que le llamaria de nuevo pwro no le llamó,mientras estuve esperando una paciente llegó con otro medico porque tenia cita en ese momento,pero no la dejaron pasr porque el doctor tenia consulta y ademas antes de ella habia otra paciente mas,pésimo los precios son altos y no respetan los horarios de los pacientes,ademas de quei doctoe ni si quiera estaba en l torre médica.PÉSIMO NO LO RECOMIENDO

Hice una cita para un ultrasonido para la 5pm y terminaron haciéndolo a las 6:15pm aunque era para una persona con discapacidad no tuvo la atención necesaria ni la amabilidad de avisarme que iba a demorar para la realización del mismo. La recepciónista no es amable y no ayudo para saber que es lo que pasaba sobre nuestro turno. El estacionamiento cuesta 20 pesos tiempo libre pero es muy pequeño.

Es una lástima, porque a mi amiga en general la trataron bien, salvo por la mala gestión del tiempo en su cita, lo cual parece común. Inclusive los pequeños negocios aceptan todas la formas de pago, y DAN FACTURA.
