★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un edificio pequeño que a mi criterio tiene mucho potencial. Ofrece espacios realmente agradables y amplios, cosa que hoy día, los desarrollos sacrifican mucho. Faltan unos años para ver el desarrollo de la zona pero es buen momento para adquirir algo a precios accesibles.
A small building that in my opinion has a lot of potential. It offers really nice and spacious spaces, which today, developments sacrifice a lot. There are a few years to see the development of the area but it is a good time to buy something at affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de el paseo Santa Lucía y el barrio antiguo, vistas panorámicas y terraza de 360°. Los departamentos son tipo loft con muy buena altura lo cual no es común en Monterrey.
Excellent location, a few steps from Paseo Santa Lucía and the old quarter, panoramic views and 360° terrace. The apartments are loft type with very good height which is not common in Monterrey.
