Excellent view, 24 hour security and maintenance in all areas and very quiet, people are friendly and quiet without problems, in which car you are entitled to 2 drawers by department

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great condo tower. Close to the beach and Marina Nayarit. Short walking distance to restaurants in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Short bus ride to Bucerias. Huge Sunday market in the marina. Very clean and quiet. Pool, jacuzzi, exercise room. Friendly staff. Not very many rental units - mostly resident owners - very friendly. Rentals usually book up one year in advance. No short term rentals - 28 day minimum.
