El demás personal es todavía amable, cortés y responde sin ser altanera. Aunque el personal de vigilancia tenga actitud seria y enfocada a atender, debe mostrar cortesía y sobre todo buena atención.
 1 security personnel (woman / lady with short gray hair), attend with arrogance and respond with disrespect. The vigilant receptionist really lacks manners and respect. The other staff are still friendly, courteous, and responsive without being haughty.
