★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas de recepción no tienen ganas ni de moverse, menos de hablar y ser atentas. Llegué a las 11:00 de la mañana. Había 3 recepcionistas, dos leían en su computadora y solo una atendía. Habíamos 6 personas esperando que nos atendieran. Las otras dos chicas actuaron como si no hubiera nadie. Mal arregladas y desaliñadas.
The girls at the reception don't even want to move, less to talk and be attentive. I arrived at 11:00 in the morning. There were 3 receptionists, two were reading on their computer and only one was answering. We had 6 people waiting to be served. The other two girls acted like no one was there. Badly groomed and disheveled.
