Y aún exigen el pago de la mensualidad o si no cobran retrasos ,casi del 10%
It lacks many important things to be named competitive in quality in a matter of building

Decent facilities
And they still require the monthly payment or if they do not charge delays, almost 10%

Very expensive compared to a public one and the public ones are better equipped, they do not even have toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms
