★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another businesses building but with a Starbucks, a Kaiser, and a nice public well-kept garden in front. At its feet there is also a running/bicycle track very popular during weekends. The unusual shape of the building is also useful as a landmark to get your bearings in the area.
