★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un edificio muy bonito, se ubican diversas oficinas ahí, como por ejemplo el área principal de recursos humanos del INE, lo único malo es que si vas en tu propio carro sufrirás porque no hay donde te puedas estacionar ya que el edificio se ubica sobre periférico enfrente de las instalaciones de TV Azteca, y el personal del edificio no te permite ingresar a su estacionamiento
