★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los departamentos son pequeños y bonitos tienen todo lo necesario y además la ubicación está super centrica, llegas al Poliforum en 5 min caminando, lo único que no me gusto es el acceso para llegar que está feo, la Colonia aleñada se ve muy insegura.
 The apartments are small and beautiful, they have everything you need and also the location is super central, you get to the Poliforum in 5 minutes walking, the only thing I didn't like is the access to get there, which is ugly, the neighboring neighborhood looks very unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen complejo para hospedarse en León. Seguro y con estacionamiento gratuito en el complejo. El vecindario no es muy agradable pero si te manejas con carro, no hay problemas.
A good complex to stay in León. Safe and with free parking in the complex. The neighborhood is not very nice but if you drive with a car, there are no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in Leon for almost 9 years, in many different places, in many different neighborhoods, and without any reservation or exaggeration, this place was by far the worst. The reason is this: at least once a month, there wasn't water. Why? I never really knew. SAPAL would say one thing, the apartment office would say another. But no matter the reason, whatever it was, at the end we were left living in a place with no way to wash dishes, no way to shower, no way to use the toilet. This in a place that charged 5,000 pesos a month.
Look, there are always little annoyances at any place one might live at, but they're never enough for me to think that the place should be criticized on the internet. But for the prices they charge for rent here, being left without water is unacceptable, and they seem incapable of resolving the issue.
My advice: do not rent here. Do not buy here. Airbnb? Maybe you'll be lucky and get a weekend where there isn't a water problem.
Well, I certainly wish someone had warned me...
