Very bad service, I placed an order and they told me that in 35 minutes they would arrive, an hour passed and I dialed again and they told me that they were already going and an hour and a half passed and it did not arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente ya desde hace tiempo y estaba bien el cervicio asta entonces ya van 2 ocasiones que me mandan las tortas con el birote quemado... Es malo que viendo el producto así se arriesguen a perder clientela☹️
I have been a customer for a long time and the service was fine until then there have already been 2 occasions that they send me the cakes with the burned birote ... It is bad that seeing the product like this they risk losing customers☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no te respetan el tiempo que hacen mención de entrega, sé que son 30 minutos pero que sean 1:30 pasados y no llegue tu pedido mas aparte les vuelves a marcar y se molestan ya es mucho ??
Terrible service does not respect the time they mention delivery, I know it is 30 minutes but that it is 1:30 past and your order does not arrive apart you mark them again and they bother you it is already a lot ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es grosero además de incompetente basta decir que tardan mucho en entregar pedidos y para colmo los entregan mal.
Nadie se hace responsable de las fallas dentro del local y solo le hechan la culpa al cliente justificandose con que les levantan la voz y por eso no darán un servicio bien.
Y en cuestión de que dan los pedidos mal es por qué yo antes pedía cada semana y siempre mandaban lo que querían y nunca se tomaron la molestia de una disculpa o corrección de sus errores.
La comida es buena no excelente pero la atención pésima no merecen el apoyo esas personas tan arrogantes.
