★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the best tortas Ahogadas I've ever had. I've tried many spots in California, Tijuana and Guadalajara. These are the best by far. The staff is very friendly and fast in getting your order to you. The bread was very tasty and without perservitives truly an authentic pan Salado for tortas Ahogadas. They have multiple options in meat such as buche, lengua and carnitas. If you don't like tortas they have tacos dorados of potatoes or beans topped with your choice of meat drenched in a tomato based salsa. A must try when in Guadalajara.
