★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudimos en días pasados a las tortas ahogadas Manolo ya que andábamos de paso por Guadalajara. El lugar estaba prácticamente vacío, nos atendieron y sirvieron rápidamente. Las tortas están bien, nada fuera del otro mundo, bien servidas, y hay de diferentes carnes/guisos.
In days past we went to the Manolo drowned cakes as we were passing through Guadalajara. The place was practically empty, we were attended to and served quickly. The cakes are good, nothing out of the other world, well served, and there are different meats / stews.

Sus tacos esta muy ricos, no estan grasosos como en otros lados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si yo sea el unico que noto esto, pero de un tiempo para aca, la carne parece que la congelan y la van sacando poco a poco conforme van sirviendo, en un inicio siempre tenian carnita recien hecha, MUCHAAA LA DIFERENCIA, deje de ir por lo mismo, ya no es el mismo sabor, el plus que tienen es que venden cervecita bien helada. Mejoren la calidad MANOLOS por favor.
I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed this, but for some time now, the meat seems to be frozen and they take it out little by little as they are served, at first they always had freshly made meat, THE DIFFERENCE IS MUCH, stop go for the same thing, it is no longer the same flavor, the plus they have is that they sell very cold beer.
