Por primera vez hice un pedido a domicilio (siempre voy y consumo ahí) hoy hice un pedido y no venía completo. Al llamarles y comentarles, me alegaban que si venía lo que faltaba y al tratar de explicarles, de la nada me cuelgan y me dejan con la palabra en la boca, ni una disculpa ni nada.
Que asco de trato y fue el señor, bigotón el que me colgó.
How sad that they have such a deal with customers.
For the first time I placed an order at home (I always go and consume there) today I placed an order and it was not complete. When calling and commenting, they alleged that if what was missing came and when I tried to explain to them, they would hang up out of nowhere and leave me with the word in my mouth, not an apology or anything.
What a disgusting treatment and it was the man, the mustache who hung up on me.
