G	Grupo Admn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las únicas únicas con real birote hace ya más de 10 años existieron unas muy muy similares y eran las mejores ahora estas son la mejores en muchos lados venden tortas en cmdx pero no son buenas no tiene birote real y aqui si y están buenísimas delicioso se las recomiendo al 1000% en verdad un verdadero conocedor sabrá decir que si son lógico las de guadalajara no se comparan pero para vender tortas ahogadas en cdmx pufff una maravilla la carne en su jugo es deliciosa y los tacos dorados buenísimos el agua de horchata es magnífica The only ones with real birote more than 10 years ago there were very very similar ones and they were the best now these are the best in many places they sell cakes in cmdx but they are not good they do not have real birote and here they are and they are delicious, delicious. Pedí la torta con relleno tradicional de carnitas de cerdo, fue una experiencia muy agradable ya que la carne era muy rica, suave y jugosa, también considero importante mencionar que le pusieron bastante relleno y la foto no le hace honor a ello, el pan es excelente, tiene ese sabor tradicional de birote que solamente se encuentra en Guadalajara, la salsa con la que bañan a la torta es también muy rica pero no pica solo es de jitomate ya que la salsa picante se la pones aparte. La salsa picante te la dan aparte para que tu se la pongas, debo decir que me encantó, es picosa pero con un sabor excelente, recomiendo tener cuidado a quién no coma tanto picante. Acompañe mi torta con una cerveza pacífico, estaba fría pero pudo haber estado más , eso creo es un punto a mejorar. El servicio fue excelente por parte del mesero, además de que fue también muy rápido, debo decir que no había gente cuando fui a comer y tal vez eso puede influir. Definitivamente recomiendo comer aquí, me gustó bastante. Voy a regresar a probar la torta de camarones. It is a great place. I accompanied my cake with a peaceful beer, it was cold but it could have been more, I think that is a point to improve. The service was excellent from the waiter, besides it was also very fast, I must say that there were no people when I went to eat and maybe that can influence. I definitely recommend eating here, I quite liked it. I'm going back to try the shrimp cake.
