★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for vegetarian or vegan options you might want to consider this place, the vegetarian tlayuda (sencillo) it's vegan, they also have the regular lettuce salad or ensalada de nopales which is also vegan, it's right at the center of the market, can't miss it. If only they could add vegan cheese it'll be perfect.
