★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando uno va directo a sucursal ya sea para comer ahi o para llevar atienden pues relativamente bien, son rapidos y amables además que las tortas y hamburguesas estan muy ricas, pero el motivo de mi calificacion es por que hoy me di cuenta el porque NO CONTESTAN EL TELEFONO, en la estancia que estuve consumiendo mi alimento el telefono sono minimo unas 4 veces y las personas que atienden el lugar se sentaron en una mesa a revisar sus celulares nadie contesto la llamada eso para mi es una pesima atencion!
When you go directly to a branch, either to eat there or to take it, they serve it relatively well, they are quick and friendly, and the cakes and burgers are very rich, but the reason for my qualification is because today I realized why they DO NOT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE, in the room that I was consuming my food the phone was at least 4 times and the people who attend the place sat at a table to check their cell phones no one answered the call that for me is a dismal attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta son las mejores tortas que he encontrado en celaya, tal vez no he buscado mucho locales de tortas pero los pocos que había encontrado anteriormente no estaban muy buenos.
They are even the best cakes that I have found in Celaya, maybe I have not looked much for local cakes but the few that I had found previously were not very good.

Lo único con q no cuentan es con estacionamiento, motivo x el cual no le di las 5 estrellas
