Para ser algo tradicional de Altamira la torta se me hace muy saturada de sabores; le ponen queso de puerco, jamón, queso amarillo, queso rayado, frijoles, el guisado tradicional y aparte te ponen la salsa de chicharrón pero picosa y salada
