Buena combinacion de sabor usando los ingredientes de la zona logra recrear la base de la torta de la barda, especial atencion a la salsa de chicharron una casi perfecta calificacion. Imposible que sea identico a una del mero centro, pero excelente para curar un corazon nostalgico.
It deserves a great rating in this review. Good flavor combination using local ingredients manages to recreate the base of the barda cake, with special attention to the chicharron sauce, an almost perfect qualification. Impossible that it is identical to one of the mere center, but excellent to heal a nostalgic heart.
