Sólo cuesta $45 MXN (en el 2022) y tiene el mejor sabor de todas las que he probado.
El señor que las prepara se nota que ama lo que hace y brinda un trato muy amable y educado. Dice que se pone todos los días de 10:30 am a 7:00 pm, a menos que haga mucho frío. Tiene un hijo con una discapacidad que lo acompaña durante su jornada laboral, y su esposa se encarga de estar surtiendo los ingredientes al momento así que el pan siempre está recién salido de panadería.
Se alcanza a ver en mi foto que distribuye los ingredientes de manera uniforme, sin duda el señor le ha encontrado el arte a la elaboración de la torta y el sabor es exquisito. Además de los chiles en vinagre, uno puede comerla con chiles piquines y salsas variadas, entre ellas hay una que recomiendo de chile habanero, la botella no dice nada pero es la única color naranja. El pan puede ser estilo francés o estilo bolillo. Recomiendo el bolillo. Y éste lleva mayonesa. Buen sabor del queso y jamón, y los vegetales frescos y crujientes. Sin duda las mejores tortas frías del centro de Monterrey.

The bread can be French style or bolillo style. I recommend the roll. And this one has mayonnaise. Good flavor from the cheese and ham, and the crisp, fresh vegetables. Without a doubt the best cold cakes in downtown Monterrey.
