★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best giant Tortas on the area. Dont expect premium ingredients but for their price and size they are worth every buck. If you consider them too expensive dont even step on the neighbouring competition. One of my favourite sidewalk food spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to one of the mosts famous walking halls to visit the Basilica of our Lady of Guadalupe. We can find one of the most emblematic sandwiches in Mexico City called "Tortas"; that are located in a small place. Open since 1950 and famously called: "Las tortas gigantes de la Villa"; [-giant tortas of the Villa]. Tortas Don Juan has a lot of variety in meats to fill in the Torta. You can share a single Torta with two even four people depending how much they eat. When I was a kid I love this Tortas, as a young guy I ate one and a half. Know I eat less but still admire this place! Even you can buy the "torta cubana" a 6.6 pounds of stupendous mix of meats flavor united by melted cheese. Also try their pickled veggies and peppers, they also made their vinegar preserves! For those big eaters they have a challenge, don't forget to ask for it!
