C	Claudia Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal, ordené para recoger en el lugar me dijeron 25 minutos, llegue casi a los 40 min, me hicieron esperar 30 minutos que aún no estaba lista, ordene un ingrediente extra en una de mis tortas el cual me cobraron y no lo pusieron, me cobraron otros 80 pesos de más no se ni siquiera de que por qué en el momento no me di cuenta solo quería largarme del lugar y cuando abrí la comida al fin que llegue a mi casa estaba fría.. Pésimo servicio, espero que mejoren. Fatal, I ordered to pick up at the place they told me 25 minutes, I arrived almost 40 minutes, they made me wait 30 minutes that it was not ready yet, I ordered an extra ingredient in one of my cakes which they charged me and did not put it, I they charged another 80 pesos more I don't even know why at the time I didn't realize I just wanted to get out of the place and when I opened the food when it finally arrived at my house it was cold... Terrible service, I hope they improve.

He de decir que no soy muy fan de las tortas en general, si ya voy a consumir gran cantidad de pan prefiero pedir una hamburguesa, sin embargo la primera vez que consumí en el local tenía que probar las tortas y la verdad es que me sorprendió el sabor y tamaño que ofrecen. La verdad es que están muy ricas, están acompañadas de sus papás que tmb están muy ricas. La presentación y empaque de sus productos es muy bonito, funcional y bien pensado, hasta los cubiertos desechables que ofrecen son de calidad y van de acuerdo al branding de la marca. Se nota que ponen atención a cada detalle. El menú que manejan tiene variedad suficiente para el gusto de cada persona, manejan snacks como banderillas, papas preparadas, tortas, ensaladas, boneless, malteadas y más! La ensalada de pollo es inmensa, creo que fácilmente comen 2 personas de esa ensalada, realmente no tengo ningún mal comentario para éste local, lo único es que podrían agregar más crotones en la ensalada. Cada temporada tienen malteadas con la temática de esa época del año, me e pedido una de rodolfo el reno y otra de San Valentín y la verdad es que tienen una excelente presentación y el cuanto al sabor la verdad es que tampoco decepcionan. Manejan combinaciones de sabores muy interesantes y acorde a la época del año. La decoración del lugar respecto a la época del año tmb es muy bonita. Y el servicio de las personas que trabajan ahí es muy bueno, aceptan tarjetas y tmb facturan I love the concept and decoration of this place, although the space they have to consume there is limited, it is very pleasant to visit. I have to say that I am not a big fan of cakes in general, if I am going to consume a large amount of bread I prefer to order a hamburger, however the first time I ate in the place I had to try the cakes and the truth is that I was surprised the flavor and size they offer. The truth is that they are very rich, they are accompanied by their parents who are also very rich. The presentation and packaging of their products is very nice, functional and well thought out, even the disposable cutlery they offer is of quality and goes according to the brand's branding. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. The menu they handle has enough variety for each person's taste, they handle snacks such as banderillas, prepared potatoes, cakes, salads, boneless, milkshakes and more! The chicken salad is huge, I think 2 people can easily eat that salad, I really don't have any bad comments for this place, the only thing is that they could add more croutons in the salad. Each season they have milkshakes with the theme of that time of year, I have asked for one of Rudolph the reindeer and another for Valentine's Day and the truth is that they have an excellent presentation and as far as flavor is concerned, the truth is that they do not disappoint either. They handle very interesting combinations of flavors and according to the time of year. The decoration of the place regarding the time of year is also very beautiful. If you’re from the U.S.A and want a Sandwich/torta this is your spot! It’s very close to the border. I’m pretty sure they know English to help you out select. The tortas a very tasty, you won’t regret going to this location.
