Las últimas 3 veces que compre fue de mal en peor ... No recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy asiduo cliente de este lugar y, definitivamente, no me canso de él, creo que la calidad de las tortas sigue siendo tan buena como cuando las conocí, y su variedad, aunque es bastante común, no deja de ser rica y abundante, definitivamente las recomiendo y más aún, tienen servicio a domicilio, definitivamente las recomiendo ampliamente.
I am a regular customer of this place and I definitely can't get enough of it, I think the quality of the cakes is still as good as when I first met them, and their variety, although it is quite common, is still rich and abundant, definitely I recommend them and even more, they have home delivery, I definitely highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atención a cliente, nos entregaron las tortas con sabor a plástico quemado, horribleeeeeeeeee. Como fue a entrega a domicilio solo vinieron por ellas y por mas que les dijimos que las olieran pésima atención, no pedimos ni que reembolsaran el dinero pero mala actitud
Bad customer service, they delivered the cakes with a burnt plastic flavor, horribleeeeeeeeee. As it was home delivery they only came for them and even though we told them that they smelled terrible attention, we did not even ask them to reimburse the money but bad attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no es lo mismo de antes, las hacen de baja calidad aparte de mal hechas y para servicio a domicilio tardan muchísimo en llegar, se les pide ciertos ingredientes y las hacen faltando varios, incompletas encima cobrando de más. Les reclamas y no les importa e ignoran. Es la ultima vez que pedimos, dos familias somos y de años eramos clientes. Todo por servir se acaba, poquito a poquito hasta que desaparece por completo, típico de los negocios del centro de Ecatepec.
