★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staple of Rioverde. Don Pepe has been serving these tortas since I can remember. Well over 15 years. Same recipe and all. Simple yet delicious. Their hot sauce is delightfully spicy. Not for the faint of heart. This place and all the other locations always delivery the same expiernece. It's all the same family, might be the reason why. Don't get fooled by the other knock off restaurants. Always look for that tiger!!
