Las tortas filos son esa comida que no puede faltar en un día en el que mueres de hambre pero no tienes tiempo ni ganas de llegar a casa a preparar algo, o simplemente estás en el trabajo y tienes que comer algo rápido, saliendo de la escuela o cuando vas de paso y se te antoja una garnacha, las tortas filos siempre están ahí cuando las necesitas, no serán la opción más saludable ni la más sabrosas de Querétaro pero nunca decepcionan y siempre quitan el hambre cuando se cuenta con poco presupuesto.
