 Terrible service, in my cakes they put the waste of the Tomato and the order arrived incomplete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada que ver con las originales que vendían en el restaurante. Estas son tortas comunes. Por cierto, no tenían chipotles cuando compre las tortas.
Nothing to do with the originals that were sold in the restaurant. These are common cakes. By the way, they didn't have chipotles when I bought the cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los empleados siempre cierran el servicio 7:50 o antes cuando el local tiene un horario de atención hasta las 8:30 los empleados super groseros y antihigiénicos, el pasado martes fui por una torta, mientras la comía pedí una para llevar, el cajero no tenía cambio y le pregunto a sus compañeros si ellos tenían uno de ellos (el que prepara las tortas) comenzó a buscar dinero en una bolsa que traía dónde saco su celular, audífonos y finalmente el cambio se lo entrego al cajero y justo después regreso a preparar la torta que pedí para llevar, nunca se quitó los guantes ni mucho menos se los cambio, estaba preparando mi torta con las manos sucias, le comenté al cajero (Donovan) lo ocurrido el solo hizo caso omiso al lo que le dije, al salir de la sucursal llame directamente a las oficinas donde igual hicieron caso omiso de lo ocurrido... Pésimo!!!
Terrible service, the employees always close the service 7:50 or earlier when the place has a business hours until 8:30 am super rude and unhygienic employees, last Tuesday I went for a cake, while I ate it I asked for one to take away, the cashier had no change and asked his colleagues if they had one of them (the one who prepares the cakes) began to look for money in a bag that brought where he got his cell phone, headphones and finally the change was delivered to the cashier and just then I return to prepare the cake that I asked to take, he never took off his gloves, much less changed them, he was preparing my cake with dirty hands, I told the cashier (Donovan) what happened he just ignored what he I said, when leaving the branch I called directly to the offices where they also ignored what happened ... Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las peores tortas hipocampo, super mal elaboradas , ya can 3 veces que pido, y siempre telera dura, y contado el jitomate y cebolla parece que le cuentan, fatales , solo por que uber no deja pedir mas lejos las tortas ,pero hoy fue el ultimo dia que pido en esta sucursal, me arruinan la tarde y con mi familia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieren comer hora y media después ésta es la mejor opción, no pidan en rappi porque se tardan aún más. Con razón tienen descuentos nadie les ha de comprar jaja
If you want to eat an hour and a half later this is the best option, do not order in rappi because it takes even longer. No wonder they have discounts, no one has to buy them haha
