★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí a domicilio 8 tortas el viernes 5 de julio. Llegaron frías, por ende no nos gustaron. Solicité factura ese día y es la fecha que aún no me la pueden mandar. Me dan vueltas y me engañan diciendo que ya la hicieron pero que el sistema no la manda. Enserio que falta de respeto mentir y querer agarrar de tonto a los clientes. Cero recomendado el servicio. No he querido reportarlos al SAT por consideración pero si hoy no tengo la factura meteré mi queja.
I ordered at home 8 cakes on Friday, July 5. They arrived cold, therefore we did not like them. I requested an invoice that day and it is the date that can not be sent to me yet. They spin me around and cheat me saying that they already did it but that the system does not send it. Seriously disrespectful lying and wanting to grab silly customers. Zero recommended the service. I did not want to report them to the SAT for consideration but if I do not have the invoice today I will put my complaint.
