Esperamos con las críticas negativas – divertidas de escribir y leer- pero la triste verdad que debemos afrontar, es que en el gran orden de las cosas, cualquier basura tiene más significado que lo que deja ver nuestra crítica. Pero en ocasiones el crítico si se arriesga cada vez que descubre y defiende algo nuevo… el mundo suele ser cruel con el nuevo talento, las nuevas creaciones… lo nuevo, necesita amigos. Anoche experimente algo nuevo, una extraordinaria cena de una fuente singular e inesperada, decir sólo que la comida y su creador han desafiado mis prejuicios sobre la buena cocina subestimaría la realidad. Me han tocado en lo más profundo. En el pasado, jamás oculté mi desdén por el famoso lema del chef Gusteau: ´Cualquiera puede cocinar´. Pero al fin me doy cuenta de lo que quiso decir en realidad: ´No cualquiera puede convertirse en un gran artista, pero un gran artista puede provenir de cualquier lado´.
Es difícil imaginar un origen más humilde que el del genio que ahora cocina en tortas lupita, y quien, en opinión de este crítico, es nada menos que el mejor chef del bajio. Pronto volveré a tortas lupita… hambriento”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantan las recetas de las tortas. Además de que están súper ricas y muy bien llenas de ingrediente. Igual me encanta que las sirven muy muy calientes, pues mejoran su sabor y hace de los quesillos algo más rico. La atención sí deja mucho que desear pero al menos respetan los alimentos y nunca me han faltado el respeto. No por nada es uno de los establecimientos más abarrotados del municipio.
I love cake recipes. Besides that they are super rich and very well filled with ingredient. I also love that they serve them very very hot, because they improve their flavor and make the cheeses something richer. The attention does leave a lot to be desired but at least they respect food and have never disrespected me. Not for nothing is one of the most crowded establishments in the municipality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una estrella se merece pésimo lugar donde encontrarás al personal menos capacitado pedí una torta y estuve esperando más de media hora y nunca la preparon ni una disculpa pudieron ofrecer no lo recomiendo ni de broma hay mejores lugares

En resumen comida bien, el servicio asco total y me quedo cortó.
