4 estrellas por el servicio al cliente al teléfono y en WhatsApp: NO CONTESTAN, ni siquiera para decirte que no están llevando a domicilio.
Uno marca para pedir y pasar a recoger porque entiende la demanda, pero pierden clientes por no contestar. Es mera atención, pero son muy buenas por eso no las dejamos jaja

4 stars for customer service on the phone and on WhatsApp: THEY DO NOT ANSWER, not even to tell you that they are not delivering.
One dials to order and pick up because they understand the demand, but they lose customers for not answering. It's mere attention, but they are very good that's why we don't leave them haha
