★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lot of tortas ahogadas in Guadalajara but this place is one of the best. I had the panela torta, great for vegetarians, and my wife had the encremada, pork and beans with sour cream. My wife is 100% Texan and she just cant get enough of this tortas.
