★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las tortas son buenas, sin embargo el servicio siempre da mucho que desear, he ido en repetidas ocasiones y por lo visto así son! Les hace más falta priorizar al cliente en diferentes aspectos.
 The cakes are good, however the service always leaves a lot to be desired, I've been there several times and apparently they are! They need more to prioritize the customer in different aspects.

Te piden consumo mínimo y encima de eso te cobran $30 de envío más aparte propina para el repartidor. ¿Pueden creerlo?

La segunda vez que fui pase a recoger al local y me trataron muy mal nuevamente.
Las tortas están ricas, pero no lo vale por el servicio.
Terrible service, they attend reluctantly, and they also charge you a $30 fee for delivering without warning
The second time I went, I went to pick up the place and they treated me very badly again.
The cakes are delicious, but it's not worth it for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es qué son muy excelentes tortas, muy bien servidas, muy ricas y una extensa variedad, lo único malo qué le encuentro es qué no tienen método para poder pagar con tarjeta, solo tiene qué ser en efectivo y pues varias veces me he tenido qué quedar con las ganas de comprar tortas solo por ese detalle, deberían de ver ese detalle y así tendrían más clientes.
The truth is that they are very excellent cakes, very well served, very rich and a wide variety, the only bad thing I find is that they do not have a method to be able to pay with a card, it only has to be in cash and well, several times I have had what to be left with the desire to buy cakes just for that detail, they should see that detail and thus they would have more customers.
