Pero ya no hacen el chorizo tan rico.
I am 75 years old eating toña cakes. It started in the doorway outside the Guadalupe hotel and I smelled the chorizo a block away, now they are still the best cakes in Celaya.
But they no longer make the chorizo so delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar de gran tradición con muchísimos años en Celaya, las tortas son muy ricas y llenadoras, las mejores son las de lomo adobado, milanesa y mole; la flauta también está rica, muy grande y muy bien servida. El servicio es muy bueno y siempre te atienden con amabilidad. Los precios de los demás platillos considero que son un poco elevados.
A place of great tradition with many years in Celaya, the cakes are very rich and filling, the best are those with marinated loin, milanesa and mole; the flute is also rich, very large and very well served. The service is very good and they always treat you with kindness. The prices of the other dishes I consider to be a bit high.
