★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are comercial Tortas so the natives will tell you they are expensive. They are not. They are very good , there are many fillings for the Tortas I personally recommend the pork belly or panza. Tjere are 2 different salsas one called sweet (its not really sweet just not spicy) you can prepare them with as much or as little salsa as you like for beginners be aware of the spicy salsa.

The hot sauce is balanced, not too spicy but spicy enough.
