★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the typical Guadalajara pan, which is little salty and hard compared to other places. The reason for this kind of pan is it is supposed to be soaked or mixed with salsas.
Overall the food is fabulous and it's a self service based restaurant..
Ps: you just try "agua de horchata"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice employees and they even helped us non spanish speakers out. Clean area with delicious food. Pick your meat and then get your torta drunk with the available sauces, be careful it can get very spicy. Yummy. I would definitely go again.
