 A little dry for my taste, maybe it's because the bolillo is like that. But the leg meat they put on it is delicious. I preferred the golden tacos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes que todo, debo decir que no soy de Guadalajara y por lo tanto no soy un gran conocedor de tortas ahogadas, pero las de este lugar me supieron espectacular. Puedes ponerle la salsa que tú quieras para ahogar tu torta y ponerle la cebolla y limón que tú quieras.
La torta es buena y llenadora, pero si eres de estómago exigente, podrías considerar pedir una otra mini o compartir una normal con alguien más. Te recomiendo pedir el agua de horchata con fresa que sabe deliciosa.
First of all, I must say that I am not from Guadalajara and therefore I am not a great connoisseur of drowned cakes, but the ones from this place tasted spectacular. You can put the sauce that you want to drown your cake and put the onion and lemon that you want.
The cake is good and filling, but if you have a picky stomach, you might consider ordering another mini or sharing a regular one with someone else. I recommend you order the horchata water with strawberry that tastes delicious.
