★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vienes a Chetumal y no visitas este puestecito te perdiste de la combinación de dos ingredientes tradicionales, el queso de Bola(edam) y la típica carne asada de cerdo al estilo Chetumal en carbón. La experiencia de sabor es excelente, acompañada de una variedad de salsas y la inigualable piña habanera. Te recomiendo ir con tiempo ya que son tan populares que se hacen largas filas pero el sabor y la experiencia lo vale. Sopes y tortas son la especialidad; sin embargo, también hay empanadas. Vayan y disfruten al estilo Chetumal!!!
If you come to Chetumal and don't visit this little stand, you missed out on the combination of two traditional ingredients, the Bola (edam) cheese and the typical Chetumal-style roast pork on charcoal. The taste experience is excellent, accompanied by a variety of sauces and the unique habanera pineapple. I recommend you go early as they are so popular that there are long lines, but the taste and experience are worth it. Sopes and tortas are the specialty; however, there are also empanadas. Go and enjoy Chetumal style!!!
