Aunque el menú no es muy variado sigue conservando esos chiles chipotles y cebollas preparadas qué le dan el sabor peculiar qué los caracteriza. También venden taquitos dorados cubiertos de mayonesa qué valen la pena probar.
Actualmente cuentan con servicio a domicilio.
New location for tortas manolo (a whole institution in leg cakes). Good price and service. Although the menu is not very varied, it still preserves those chipotle peppers and prepared onions that give it the peculiar flavor that characterizes them. They also sell golden taquitos covered in mayonnaise which are worth trying.
They currently have home delivery.

No tiene nada bonito o llamativo el lugar. Pero lo importante son las tortas de pierna y los tacos dorados que ahí se pueden comer.
Fácil encontrar lugar para estacionarse.
Tal vez dos de las cosas que sólo ahí se pueden degustar, son las cebollas en escabeche de chipotle, y los ajos preparados de la misma forma. Ambos ingredientes le dan un sabor único a las tortas y a los tacos fritos. No se lo pueden perder.
This place with so much tradition in Tehuacán is small.
There is nothing pretty or flashy about the place. But the important thing is the leg cakes and the golden tacos that can be eaten there.
Easy to find place to park.
Perhaps two of the things that can only be tasted there are chipotle pickled onions, and garlic prepared in the same way. Both ingredients give a unique flavor to cakes and fried tacos. They cannot be missed.
