★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tortilla de excelente calidad, no son las más baratas pero la calidad lo vale, aparte hay chicharrón, queso, salsas. Y gran variedad de tamaños de tortilla.
Excellent quality omelette, they are not the cheapest but the quality is worth it, apart from there are pork rinds, cheese, sauces. And great variety of tortilla sizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de buscar en más de 30 tortillerías al sur de la ciudad donde hicieran tortillas de nixtamal, no de harina de maíz de ninguna marca, por fin encontramos ésta que tiene molino y que dicen que la amarilla sí es de su propio molino (la blanca es de harina de maíz). Pueden entregar a domicilio, si es de mayoreo, y venden otros productos muy apreciados, como quesos, requesón, salsas y hasta chicharrones. El personal siempre tiene un trato cordial y hasta se puede pagar con tarjeta.
No le doy 5 estrellas porque todavía no me consta que las tortillas amarillas sean 100% de maíz nixtamalizado molido en su molino.
After searching in more than 30 tortillerías to the south of the city where they made nixtamal tortillas, not corn flour of any brand, we finally found this one that has a mill and that they say that the yellow one is from its own mill (the white one is made of cornmeal). They can deliver at home, if it is wholesale, and they sell other highly appreciated products, such as cheeses, cottage cheese, sauces and even pork rinds. The staff is always friendly and you can even pay by card.
I am not giving it 5 stars because I still do not know that the yellow tortillas are 100% nixtamalized corn ground in their mill.
