Trabajan de lunes a domingo incluyendo días festivos raro no encontrar tortillas su proceso de elaboración es el tradicional y las personas que laboran ahí saben del negocio de la tortilla puedes comprar los clásicos discos de buen tamaño o solicitar cortes y tamaños especiales para tus tortillas, te venden la masa si se requiere y cuentan con variedad de totopos y tostadas además de ya saben las clásicas salsas para acompañar.
Hace muchos años ponían el salero y le daban la prueba a los más pequeños en lo que esperaban la fila.
Por cierto se llama Tortillería la Glorieta"" por qué en el lugar antes de la construcción del eje vial 6 sur en esa esquina existía una glorieta que se adornaba con el busto de Miguel Hidalgo.
