Hay mucha variedad de platillos como deshebrada, discada, chiles rellenos, huevo con nopales... pero por la cantidad que dan esperaría un precio un poco más bajo.

Delicious roast pork in green sauce. I didn't like the roast in red sauce so much. The creamy chambray chili sauce is a delight.
