★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré mis tortillas aquí y me lleve la agradable sorpresa que el propietario y que el día de hoy atiende, es un profesionista egresado del Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Querétaro. Me enseñó como elabora sus tortillas con 90% de maíz que ahí mismo nixtamaliza y aproximadamente un 10% de maseca. Tortillas muy higiénicas y sabrosas y muy buena atención.
I bought my tortillas here and I was pleasantly surprised that the owner and who attends today, is a professional graduated from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Querétaro campus. He showed me how he makes his tortillas with 90% corn that nixtamalizes right there and approximately 10% maseca. Very hygienic and tasty tortillas and very good service.
